Built by e-commerce operators. Not just software developers.
EcomCore did not begin as a theoretical software project. It comes from years of operating e-commerce businesses across multiple European countries.
Running international e-commerce requires much more than building a webshop. Products, inventory, orders, warehouse operations, fulfillment, shipping, returns and technology all need to work together.
EcomCore was created to turn that experience and infrastructure into a platform that other companies can use — so a brand does not have to coordinate a web agency, developers, a warehouse, a WMS provider, a fulfillment company, carriers and multiple systems.
The infrastructure is initially being deployed with existing operational e-commerce stores. The first implementation connects existing Magento 1 stores to EcomCore Hub and then into Peak WMS. That is part of our own implementation history — Magento 1 is not a platform offered to new customers.
For customer-facing storefronts, the long-term platform supports modern systems: Shopify, Magento 2 and WooCommerce.
A real operational environment
